OTR Company Driver Overview
- Strong pay with clear ranges. Earn $80,600-$96,200 per year, with CPM ranging from 62-72CPM depending on your home time preference, location, experience, and performance.
- You choose your pay package. Pick the home time schedule that fits your life. The longer you stay out, the higher your CPM.
- 7-10 days out, 2 days home. Pay ranges from 62-68CPM.
- 2 weeks out, 3 days home. Pay ranges from 64-70CPM.
- 4 weeks out, 5 days home. Pay ranges from 66-72CPM.
- Raises that reward performance. Earn a 2CPM raise at 6 months based on performance.
- Pay for the extra time. Detention, layover, breakdown, and stop pay options available, including $20 stop pay, excluding first and last delivery.
- Freight that keeps you moving. Run 100% no-touch dry van freight with 60% drop & hook, averaging 2,500 miles per week.
- Paid to get rolling. Start strong with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and $500 paid orientation.

- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 22 years of age
- 6 months recent OTR experience
- SAP drivers not eligible for hire
