Office Coordinator Location: Irvine, CA 100% Onsite Schedule: M-F, 8am to 5pm Pay: $25â $28/hour + Benefits Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Coordinator to manage day-to-day office operations at our Irvine headquarters. This person will be the go-to resource for the office, supporting employees, visitors, shipping/inventory, vendors, onboarding, and general administrative needs. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, moves quickly, solves problems independently, and follows tasks through to completion. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily office operations, supplies, equipment, errands, and employee requests. • Manage reception and visitor experience, including phones, mail, deliveries, visitor logs, and badges. • Coordinate shipping, receiving, packing, and order fulfillment for customer orders, equipment, and deployment kits. • Maintain accurate inventory and equipment records • Coordinate employee laptops, peripherals, and equipment logistics • Manage office and facility vendors, including building management, cleaning, catering, security & company events. • Support new-hire onboarding, including desks, equipment, badges/access, welcome materials, and first-week logistics. What We're Looking For • 2+ years of experience in an office environment as an Office Coordinator, Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. • Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment. • Highly proactive, resourceful, & professional personality with strong interpersonal skills. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow tasks through to completion without dropped balls. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
