Pediatrician Opportunity in Atwater, California
You will step into an established, outpatient pediatrics practice with no call and a steady patient demand. This is a Pediatrics opportunity outside of Merced, CA, designed to add an additional Pediatrician alongside the current provider. What We Offer You
- No call, outpatient focus: Outpatient-only pediatrics with no call; you may choose to visit your inpatient patients if desired.
- Flexible full-time schedule: 40 hours per week with 36 clinical hours and 4 hours of admin time
- Established clinic resources: 60+ exam rooms, comprehensive ancillary services including full-scope lab, X-ray, mammography, and ultrasound, plus a Next-Gen EHR.
- Strong team support: Robust support staff and support from Hospitalist and Laborist groups.
- Compensation and benefits: Guaranteed salary up to $250,000; $50,000 relocation and signing bonus, quality bonus up to $10,000; $25 per patient over 21 patients; health insurance, 403(b) and 457 with 2% match, up to $3,000 CME, 3 weeks PTO, and 15 sick days.
Candidate Requirements
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatric Medicine.
- Open to new grads.
- Rural or FQHC experience preferred.
- American and International medical graduates considered.
- Visa sponsorship available.
