Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Support Staff: MA
Reason for Coverage: Provider is leaving
Number of Beds: 10
Admission: 18-20
Pay Rate: $120/hr (Travel, Lodging, and Med Mal covered)

Requirements:

AANP or ANCC Certification (Required)
Active Colorado NP License (Required)
Active BLS (Highly Preferred)
Active DEA (Required for Credentialing)
Clean NPDB/Background (Highly Preferred)
Availability for the requested coverage dates
Ability to provide ongoing monthly availability through October
