A well-established, physician-led healthcare organization in the greater Boston region is seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join its growing, patient-centered team in a highly collaborative and supportive environment.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time outpatient-focused Rheumatology practice with strong patient demand and rapid ramp-up potential
- Large, established referral network supporting consistent new patient volume
- Nationally recognized clinical team delivering personalized, innovative, and evidence-based rheumatologic care
- Emphasis on timely access and individualized treatment planning for musculoskeletal and autoimmune conditions
- Minimal inpatient responsibilities with a light call schedule to support work-life balance
- Collaborative, team-based care model with close coordination across specialties including endocrinology, orthopaedics, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and radiology
- Access to nearby infusion services and advanced imaging support
- Work alongside experienced nursing staff with additional APP support anticipated
- Strong administrative infrastructure allowing physicians to focus on clinical care
