    • Change in Physician services company
  • Shift times, weekday/weekend:
    • MD-7a-7p/7p-7a/11a-11p
  • On call: how many times called in per week:
    • None
  • Average number of patients, typically cases/procedures:
    • 120 per day w/ daily APP support
  • EMR equipment:
    • Cerner
  • Credentialing timeline/specifics:
    • 60 days
