42654 - Primary Care / Occupational Medicine APP (NP/PA) Locum Role:
- Coverage: January 18, 2027 - May 28, 2027
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 12:00 PM-9:00 PM
- Setting: Outpatient Primary Care / Occupational Medicine
- Patient Population: Adults only
- Scope: Primary Care, Occupational Health, and Workers' Compensation
- Dispensing: On-site dispensary
- Onboarding: Required 2-4 hour shadow shift before the first scheduled shift; morning shadow preferred when available
- Location: Warroad, Minnesota in Northern Minnesota near the Canadian border
Requirements of the Primary Care / Occupational Medicine APP Role:
- Active, unrestricted Minnesota NP/PA license
- Board Certified NP or PA
- DOT Certification required
- DEA required
- Must provide availability for required shadow shift at submission
- CV (MM/YYYY, 30+day gaps explained - work and education)
