CHS in Marshall, MN is looking for a Hazmat Truck Driver to join our team. This individual is responsible for hauling fuel to our customers in a timely manner. This is a M-F home daily position with Saturdays as needed during the busy season. The ideal candidate would possess a Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements and 2+ years of tractor trailer experience.This position is eligible for a $3,000 sign on bonus as well as driver safety bonuses (up to $6,000 per year).Join our team today!Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver hazardous materials to customer locations using a semi-tractor and trailer and or bobtail truck in a safe, compliant manner, and timely manner
- Load and unload products by connecting/disconnecting loading arms and hoses; follow all hazardous material handling and transfer safety procedures
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service during pickups and deliveries, and coordinate with internal teams as needed
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report equipment issues, maintenance needs, incidents, or near misses promptly. Perform interior maintenance and upkeep as needed
- Prepare delivery documentation and daily load/unload reports; record accurate electronic logs
- Comply with DOT regulations and company policies for safe driving, including route and hazard awareness. Immediately notify leadership of incidents, near misses, spills/releases, or safety concerns
- Perform additioanl duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications (required)
Valid Class A or Class B CDL (as required for the equipment/route)Valid Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required2+ years of verifiable CDL driving experience Must meet age requirement Ability to read, write, and communicate in EnglishDemonstrate a strong commitment to safety and compliance, and complete required documentation accurately.Additional Qualifications
