  • Hospital Privileges Required: No
  • Credentialing Timeline: 30 days
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
Bone marrow biopsies
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: Board Certified in Medical Oncology (or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency); Hematology certification highly preferred.
  • Licenses: Active Oregon license (highly preferred) or Universal License (IMLC) accepted; must obtain OR license during credentialing.
  • DEA: Active DEA certification required during credentialing.
  • Certifications: BLS required.
  • Other Qualifications: Completion of residency and fellowship required; clean background and malpractice history highly preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide direct hospital-based outpatient care for hematology/oncology patients.
  • Serve as chemotherapy program director/provider.
  • Perform bone marrow biopsies.
  • Conduct 1-3 consults per week.
  • Collaborate with support staff including Hemoc trained ARNP and nurses.
