Job description

We are seeking an accomplished Pediatric Dentist for a 120-day assignment in Michigan. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with shifts typically 8am-5pm and an early finish at 3pm on Fridays. The successful candidate will maintain a high daily production and provide comprehensive pediatric dental care within an outpatient setting. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Maintain a daily production expectation of 9k-12k.
  • Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including sealants, fillings, stainless steel crowns (SSC), extractions, and space maintainers.
  • Support patient needs across multiple clinic locations.
Additional Information
  • Board Certifications: Required in Pediatric Dentistry
  • Other Required Certifications: Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Medicaid Certification
  • EMR: Dentrix
  • Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
  • Patients per day: 15-18 (with an average of 44 hygiene exams)
  • LOA: 120 Days
  • Staffing Mix: 2-3 Treatment Coordinators (TCs), 1 Office Manager, 2 Dental Assistants (DAs), 4 Hygienists
