We're hiring dependable Assembly Operators to join a growing production team! In this role, you'll assemble electrical connector components, operate production equipment, and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

Hours: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (overnight shift)
Pay: $16.75/HR. Weekly Pay
Position: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Responsibilities:
- Assemble components using hand tools and follow work instructions.
- Operate production equipment and work toward daily production goals.
- Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Package finished products in boxes and bins for shipment.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
- Assist fellow operators to keep production running smoothly.
- Perform basic scanning procedures and follow established processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and other production needs assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred; 2+ years is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions in English.
- Comfortable using hand tools and learning production equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
