Work Dates Needed: 12/08 -1/30/2026Preferred Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm. Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinicScope of Work: As a locum provider, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted WA license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert requiredEMR: All_ScriptsComments: DOT is required before submission.
