Day shifts: 8 AM to 6 PM
Overnight shifts: 6 PM to 8 AM
Hospital has 48 open beds, with a typical census of 36 to 48 patients
Daytime duties include patient rounding and documentation
Overnight duties include admissions, restraints, and acute medical send-outs, with no routine rounding
Overnight clinicians may remain offsite but must come onsite when required
EMR: Primarily WellSky, with Epic also used
