Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights
- Established endocrinology team with 2 physicians, 1 part-time physician, and 1 APP
- Standard 4.5-day clinic schedule with 4 protected administrative hours weekly
- Manageable patient volume of 18-20 patients per day
- Light consultative call: 1:3 month-long rotation, averaging 1-3 consults per week
- Dedicated endocrinology-trained nurses, LPNs/MAs, and front office support
- Strong referral network from the area's largest primary care group plus outside referrals
- Competitive compensation targeting MGMA median (approximately $320K base) with productivity incentives
