Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights
- Hospital-employed General Neurology position serving two regional community hospitals
- $500,000 guaranteed salary
- $75,000 sign-on bonus
- True 4-day workweek with 8-hour days and a flexible weekday off
- Approximately 90% outpatient practice
- Clinic responsibilities split between two communities located less than 30 minutes apart
- Manageable starting patient volume of approximately 16 patients per clinic day
- Limited inpatient consultations focused primarily on rehabilitation collaboration
- RN-triaged call primarily for EMTALA coverage with very limited overnight responsibilities
