- Full time, 1.0 FTE
- Schedule Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
- Outpatient-focused with telehealth components
- Multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and therapists.
- TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) service line and injections services available
- Strong community mental health support
- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR
Responsibilities
- Manage an average caseload of 18-24 patients/day
- Provide care across the lifespan (diverse patient mix)
- Call rotation: 1:7 schedule, phone based only
- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluation on new patients, with follow-up treatment and medication management with existing
- Partner with physicians, social workers, nurses, or other professionals to discuss treatment plans
