Compensation: $270,000 $320,000

This full-time role offers a 4-day workweek with no weekends, evenings, holidays, or after-hours call, allowing physicians to focus on delivering meaningful patient care while maintaining excellent work life balance.

Position Overview
The physician will provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute care. The clinic operates in a patient-centered model that prioritizes quality care and long-term relationships over RVUs or quotas, allowing physicians to focus on delivering thoughtful care.
Appointments are designed to support high-quality interactions with 30- and 60-minute visits, conducted both in person and virtually.
