Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Anesthesiologist to join our growing team in Fort Worth, TX. This role offers a collaborative clinical environment where patient care comes first without the constraints of private equity-driven decision-making.
You will work alongside a supportive team of physicians and CRNAs, delivering high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical settings while maintaining a strong work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities- Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
- Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and care teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Evaluate patients medical history and develop individualized anesthesia plans
- Respond to emergency situations with clinical expertise and efficiency
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Compensation That Respects Your Value- Base Pay Range: $575,000 $650,000 per year

Qualifications- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Active or eligible for Texas medical license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
