Assignment Details- Start: January 11, 2027
- Duration: Ongoing until permanent hire
- Schedule: Approximately 2 weeks/month, likely every other week
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- Call: One night of beeper call per working week
- No weekend call
- Call response: 15 minutes
- Coverage type: Clinic + Procedures + Call
- Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
- Practice mix: 80% procedural / 20% clinic
- Volume: 15-20 clinic patients or 3-5 procedures/day
- Rounding: Assigned patients
- Admissions: Not required
- Support: 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 APP, and 2 office staff
- EMR: Cerner
- Credentialing: 60-90 days; temporary privileges available
Clinical Details- Comprehensive Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology
- Atrial fibrillation ablations
- Ventricular tachycardia ablations
- SVT and atrial flutter ablations
- Electrophysiology studies with VT induction
- Device and pacemaker implants
- Implantable loop recorder placement
- Outpatient EP consultations and follow-up
- Inpatient EP care and rounding as needed
- No APP or resident supervision required
Requirements- BC/BE in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology
- No specific state license required to bid
- ACLS and BLS required
- Experience performing advanced EP procedures
- Hospital/surgical privileges required
- Ability to provide approximately 2 weeks/month
Compensation- Facility is accepting bids
