Base salary of $120,000 $125,000. Monthly productivity bonus potential exceeding $1,000, plus up to $23,000 in annual quality bonuses. $5,000 sign-on bonus and additional longevity bonuses. Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5 PM schedule with no call. See approximately patients daily. 30 days of PTO, up to 10 paid holidays, and extended illness leave.
