What You'll Do

Partner with the Clinical Director to oversee daily perioperative operations and ensure high-quality patient care.

Coach, mentor, and support nursing staff while promoting professional growth and clinical competency.

Assist with staffing, scheduling needs, performance evaluations, and staff development.

Promote patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.

Monitor operational efficiency, equipment readiness, and resource utilization.

Help foster a positive team environment that values collaboration and shared decision-making.
What We're Looking For

Current New Jersey RN license.

At least 2 years of experience in perioperative support services, with knowledge of OR equipment.

Strong operating room experience, ideally with both scrubbing and circulating.

Previous charge nurse, supervisor, or management experience is a plus; motivated nurses ready to grow into leadership are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and team-building skills.

BSN preferred.
