Responsibilities:

Track trucks and trailers
Update load information and spreadsheets
Process emails and transportation records
Communicate with drivers and dispatch
Verify accurate load and shipment information
Support overnight office operations
Requirements:

Office, logistics, or transportation experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional communication skills
High School Diploma or GED
Must be available for weekday training.
