Key Responsibilities
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
Support month-end close activities, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support internal and external audit activities
Analyze financial data and help improve accounting processes and reporting accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of accounting experience
Experience with financial reporting and month-end close
Strong general ledger and account reconciliation experience
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable knowledge
ERP and accounting software experience (MAS 90, Sage 100, Crystal Reports preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
