Required Qualifications:

Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of engineering or project management experience in biomanufacturing or a development environment.
Experience managing capital projects and technology transfer activities.
Knowledge of process-scale manufacturing equipment.
Experience with project management tools, budgeting, and scheduling.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
