What You ll Do
- Provide inpatient coverage for labor and delivery patients
- Manage the labor floor and oversee active labor
- Perform and manage patient inductions
- Perform cesarean sections
- Evaluate and treat gynecologic emergencies presenting through the Emergency Department
- Provide inpatient gynecologic consultations
- Document patient care in Cerner/Oracle
What You Need
Required: - OB/GYN physician qualifications
- Experience managing inpatient labor and delivery patients
- Labor floor management experience
- Experience with inductions and cesarean sections
- Experience managing gynecologic emergencies
- Experience providing inpatient gynecologic consultations
Preferred: - Experience in a hospital-based, Level III trauma facility
- Familiarity with Cerner/Oracle EMR
