Shift Details:

- Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: Start Date: November 16, ongoing for PRN coverage
- Schedule Details: 5x8 shifts (Monday-Friday), plus night and weekend call
- Number of Shifts Needed per Month: Any one week in November and any 1-2 weeks in December
- Procedures: GI, fluids, lymphoma, GYN (Anatomic), breast, and lung/histotech, radiology and endo performs FNA / no bone marrow currently.
- Pathology assistant does grossing and Pathologist does Frozen Sections
- Immunohistochemistry done in-house
- Years of Experience Needed: 1-2; Fellowship training required.
- Patient Population/Case Load: 18,000 surgical cases/year and 4,000 cytology cases/year, Adult
- Case Mix: Acute Care Hospital, Hospital / Pathology Department
- Support Staff: Yes; assistant & Pathology Team
- EMR in Use: Cerner
Licensing and Privileging:
- License: An active Pennsylvania state license or an IMLC membership is required.
