Assignment Details
• Start/end: To be confirmed
• Schedule: 2-3 shifts/week, approximately 10-12 hours per shift
• Coverage type: Scheduled Clinical Hours No Call
• Volume: Approximately 35 surgical cases/day across the facility
• Setting: Hospital-based anesthesia; 16 operating rooms
• Support: Supervised CRNA practice
• Patient population: Adult surgical patients
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing: Expedited credentialing for qualified candidates; timeframe to be confirmed

Requirements
• NBCRNA certification required
• New graduates welcome
• License: Active MI license required
• AHA BLS required
• AHA ACLS required
• Local or drive-in providers only
• Clean background and malpractice history required
• Must provide specific availability
