Grossing Supervisor Full Time
Location: Greater Seattle, WA
Pay: $30 $55/hour
Schedule: Full-Time Monday Friday Grossing Operations
A well-established, physician-owned dermatopathology laboratory in the greater Seattle area is seeking an experienced Grossing Supervisor to join its team!
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone with a strong background in grossing or histology who enjoys mentoring staff, maintaining quality standards, and overseeing daily laboratory operations.
Responsibilities:

Supervise daily grossing operations and laboratory workflow.

Oversee preparation and processing of dermatologic tissue specimens.

Train, mentor, and evaluate grossing technicians.

Collaborate with pathologists and laboratory leadership.

Maintain specimen accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Assist with grossing procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 3 years of dermatopathology or clinical laboratory experience.

At least 1 year of supervisory experience required.

Grossing or histology experience required.

Dermatopathology experience preferred.

HT/HTL (ASCP) certification preferred.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.
