Job Details Must have Three or more years of civil litigation paralegal experience, ideally in a defense setting Strong command of the litigation lifecycle, from pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation Experience drafting and organizing discovery requests and responses, deposition notices, subpoenas, and court filings Skill in summarizing medical records and deposition transcripts Working knowledge of Florida state and federal court procedures and e-filing Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management or document review platforms Excellent writing, accuracy, and attention to detail Ability to manage competing deadlines and work independently with minimal oversight Preferred Paralegal certificate, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree Experience with product liability, premises, trucking, or healthcare matters Exposure to large scale or multi jurisdiction discovery Trial support experience, including exhibit preparation and witness logistics Interested in hearing more?
