Compensation and Benefits

• $15,000/month base guarantee
• 30% of collections, no lab fees
• Year 1 earning potential of $300K-$325K

Practice Details

• 3-4 clinical days per week, no Saturdays
• About 12 patients per day per provider
• Team of 2 dentists, 5 hygienists, 5 assistants, 6 admin staff
