UCHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our Hospital Medicine team at the UCHealthMemorial Hospital System in beautiful Colorado Springs. This opportunity offers a consistent seven-on/seven-off schedule, 160 twelve-hour shifts annually, and a collaborative hospital medicine environment serving two hospitals, including a Level I Trauma Center. With an average daily census of 16-17 patients per physician and additional earning potential through quality and productivity incentives, this is an opportunity to focus on excellent patient care while enjoying a predictable schedule.
Practice at a Glance - $340,000 annual compensation for this full-time position
- Additional earning potential through quality and productivity bonuses
- Seven-on/seven-off schedule
- 160 twelve-hour shifts annually, with additional shifts available
- Coverage at Memorial Hospital Central, a Level I Trauma Center, and Memorial Hospital North, a Level III Trauma Center
- Average daily census of 16-17 patients per physician per shift
- Average of 3-5 new admissions per shift
- EPIC EMR utilized system-wide
Qualifications - Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine
