Patent Litigation Associate

A patent litigation boutique seeks talented attorneys with demonstrated interest in patent litigation, particularly second- and third-year associates, though all experience levels will be considered. Candidates should demonstrate excellence in at least one of the following: T20 academic credentials, federal judicial clerkship experience, or substantive experience with a leading patent litigation group, including trials, depositions, or expert discovery.

Recent law school graduates and federal judicial clerks may also be considered without prior experience. Experienced associates should generally have passed a relevant bar exam. Patent prosecution specialists and purely technical advisors are not eligible.

• Compensation: Cravath/Milbank scale, meeting or exceeding New York market base salaries and bonuses. Associate compensation has historically exceeded BigLaw market rates in most years.
• Health Insurance: 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision premiums for employees and dependents.
• 401(k): 3% employer contribution (subject to IRS limits), fully vested, with no employee contribution required.

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule, except during pretrial periods. Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of the office. Fully remote positions are not available.
