Now Hiring: Home Health/Community RN Revere, MA 02151

We're seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the community.

Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts RN license
  • Home health or community nursing experience preferred
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Position Highlights:

  • Provide in-home patient assessments and skilled nursing visits
  • Develop and update individualized care plans
