Director of Surgical Services

We re hiring a Director of Surgical Services who wants executive-level impact, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to lead a large, high-acuity surgical program.
You ll step into a hospital-based leadership role overseeing 13 operating rooms, 2 endoscopy suites, approximately 120 FTEs, and cases per day. You ll lead quality, staffing, budgeting, patient experience, regulatory compliance, and operational performance while reporting directly to the COO.

• You have recent Surgical Services Director experience
• You hold a Bachelor s Degree in Nursing
• A Master s Degree is preferred
• You re experienced leading complex acute-care surgical operations

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $157,705 $197,163
• Annual director bonus potential of 17.5% with up to 150% upside
