Director of Surgical Services

We re hiring a Director of Surgical Services who wants executive-level impact, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to lead a high-volume surgical program near Orlando.
You ll step into an acute-care leadership role overseeing 13 operating rooms, 2 CVORs, FTEs, and approximately cases per month. You ll lead operations, quality, staffing, financial performance, and patient experience while reporting directly to the COO.

What makes you a great fit
• You have 2+ years of recent acute-care Surgical Services Director experience
• Experienced OR Managers from large trauma centers may be considered
• You hold a Bachelor s Degree in Nursing
• A Master s Degree is preferred
• You excel at quality, staffing, budgeting, and operational leadership
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $118,164 $189,072
• Director bonus potential of 17.5% with up to 150% upside
