We re hiring a Director of Surgical Services who wants executive-level impact, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to lead a large, established perioperative operation.
You ll step into an acute-care leadership role overseeing 12 operating rooms, approximately 120 staff, and multiple surgical and procedural departments. You ll have the autonomy to drive quality, staffing, patient experience, growth, and financial performance while partnering closely with physicians and executive leadership.

What makes you a great fit
• You have 2+ years of recent acute-care Director of Surgical Services experience
• You hold a Bachelor s Degree in Nursing; Master s Degree preferred
• You re comfortable leading large perioperative teams and multiple departments
• You understand quality, regulatory compliance, budgeting, staffing, and surgical operations
• You value accountability, collaboration, and patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $135,907 $176,675
• 17.5% annual target bonus based on hospital metrics
