Locum tenens urology coverage providing inpatient call coverage on a 24-hour beeper call scheduleCoverage need is approximately 1 week per month, with providers scheduled for 3 to 4 24-hour call shifts per weekAdditional shifts may be available if provider is comfortable with the census and working consecutive 24-hour call shiftsShift times run 7:00 AM to 7:00 AMAverage callback is approximately 4 to 5 hours daily, varying based on casesApproximately 15 patient encounters per shiftGeneral urology skills required with adult patient populationPreferred skills include percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, robotic surgery, renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy, TRUS biopsies, incontinence procedures, penile prosthesis, and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL)Active or IMLC license required; DEA required; board certification requiredBLS certification requiredFacility:
