Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Urgent Care provider for a full-time locums opportunity in Massachusetts. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced urgent care setting with a supportive team and travel accommodations provided.

Schedule:

• Ideally 4x10s: Tuesday Friday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Approximately 2 weekends per month
• Schedule will include a blended mix of weekdays and weekends
• Weekday shifts are 10 hours; weekend shifts are 8 hours
• Guaranteed 40-hour work week

Practice Details:

• Setting: Urgent Care
• EMR: Epic
• Adult-only patient population (18+)
• Average daily volume: 32 patients
• Includes approximately 32 patient-facing hours and 8 administrative hours weekly

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Urgent Care experience required
• Board Certification in Urgent Care required
• Active Massachusetts license required
• BLS certification required
• DEA required
• CSR not required

Credentialing & Travel:

• Credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 days
• Client is not willing to license
• Travel assistance provided, including:
  • Ferry boat ticket
  • Mileage reimbursement to/from ferry
  • Ferry parking
  • Uber transportation on the island
