Job Details:
- Fast-paced, Level 1 Trauma Center environment seeing all types of cases
- Shift options include 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts with a mix of availability
- Starting in 2027, the following shift types will be available:
- 11:00 AM 9:00 PM (10-hour shift): offered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
- 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (12-hour shift): offered 7 days a week including holidays, with consistent need on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
- C2 7:00 AM 7:00 AM (24-hour beeper call shift): offered Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays only
- C2 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (12-hour beeper call shift): offered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
- Provide top-notch clinical care in a hospital-based setting
- Collaborate with clinical staff and maintain excellence in standard of care for patients
- CRNAs have a broad scope of practice and typically perform their own spinals
- Work closely with attending physicians in a care team model
- Initially staffed into straightforward cases with progression to more complex cases over time
- Patient population is adult
- Board Certification required
- Current state medical license or ability to obtain licensure required

This facility is a 500-bed hospital offering a full range of medical services, including one of the top cardiac facilities in Central Virginia and a comprehensive mental health and wellness center. The facility operates as a Level 1 Trauma Center and features multiple operating rooms across several floors, including a dedicated labor and delivery unit. Anesthesia services extend beyond the operating rooms to include endoscopy, electrophysiology labs, interventional radiology, MRI, and obstetrics.
