Job description

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive patient care with a primary focus on chronic pain management in Grangeville, ID.

The provider will diagnose, treat, consult & follow up with patients while working collaboratively with a supervising physician and multidisciplinary clinical team.

The position emphasizes continuity of care, patient education, chronic disease management, care coordination & participation in quality improvement initiatives.
