Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Program Administrator to oversee daily healthcare operations at Gratiot County Jail. Location: Gratiot County Jail, Ithaca, MI Hours: As required for program administration Responsibilities: Manage healthcare staff, scheduling, and staffing coverage. Oversee intake, triage, sick calls, and health assessments. Coordinate medications, outside appointments, and medical records. Ensure staff licensing, training, documentation, and compliance. Prepare monthly reports and coordinate with jail administration. Requirements: Healthcare or program management experience required. Experience coordinating clinical staff and healthcare operations. Strong documentation, reporting, and compliance skills. Correctional healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
