Compensation: - $325,000 - $360,000 Based on experience- Relocation package available- $25k Retention Bonuses at year 2 & 4 based on location

Join our award-winning practice guided by the principle that "patients are our North Star"DETAILS:- 100% outpatient; Monday - Friday- Family Medicine is housed in a larger primary care center with Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, and Pediatrics teams, with on-site lab and radiology- Team-based care model in which a physician and one APP collaboratively manage a panel of patients- Supportive nursing staff and medical assistants to assist with patient care- On-site Social Worker, Behavioral Health counselor, and Pharmacist to support clinical workOpportunity to: - Teach Family Medicine, residents, and medical students- Moonlight in Convenient Care, precept medical student evening clinic, and participate in a mobile clinic and other community health outreach efforts- Have academic and/or research
