Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Full-time; twelve 12-hour shifts per month
- Job Setting: Sunrise Children's Hospital - 30-bed Pediatric Emergency Department, Las Vegas, NV
- Types of Cases: High-volume pediatric emergency care (approaching 55,000 patients annually); collaboration with Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians, hospitalists, subspecialty teams, Pediatric ICU, CVICU, and NICU teams; teaching and mentorship of pediatric, emergency medicine, and family practice residents and Pediatric ER fellows
- Credentialing: Valid Nevada Medical License required or willingness to obtain; DEA required prior to start; CSR/CDS required prior to start
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (within 5 years of residency); current or recent inpatient hospital experience required
- Certifications: DEA (must be obtained prior to start); CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start)
- Licensure: Valid Nevada Medical License or willingness to obtain
