Practice Setting (Inpatient/Call/Outpatient/Clinic): Inpatient/Call
  • Reason for Coverage: Shortage in providers
  • Dates of Coverage: July onward: 1-2 weeks consisting of Monday through Friday and weekends
  • Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 8-4
  • Call Schedule: weekend call: 2+ weekends a month
  • Call Ratio: weekend call: 2:4 does not have to be consecutive
  • Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 20
  • Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: 0
  • Trauma Level/Designation: 2
  • Total Number of Beds: Mainland 400; City 200
  • Number of ICU Beds: 23
  • Number of Cardiologists Physician in Group: 24
  • Will Other Cardiologists be Present During our Locum's Coverage? - Yes
  • Will the Locum Physician be Required to Supervise Other Health Care Providers? - No
  • Patient Age Demographic: (Neonate, Pediatric, Adult, Geriatric): Adult/Geriatric
  • Documentation System/EMR: Oracle/Cerner
