What You ll Do
- Provide 24-hour hospital-based neurosurgery call coverage
- Evaluate and treat emergent neurosurgical cases
- Perform emergent spinal and cranial surgeries
- Conduct daily inpatient rounds
- Manage inpatient admissions related to neurosurgical care
- Collaborate with neurosurgery, orthopedic spine, and advanced practice provider teams
- Use the Cerner electronic medical record
What You Need
Required: - Board certification in Neurosurgery
- Ability to provide both spinal and cranial neurosurgical care
- Availability for 24-hour call coverage, emergent procedures, daily rounding, and admissions
Preferred: - Experience in a hospital-based neurosurgery setting
- Familiarity with Cerner
