Responsibilities - Engage in a mix of outpatient clinic work, hospital rounding, and surgical responsibilities.
- Perform office-based procedures and operative cases.
- Collaborate with a strong referral network generated by a large primary care and specialty physician base.
- Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers.
- Access to robotic surgery capabilities and a growing robotic program.
- Opportunity to perform Aquablation procedures for BPH management.
Requirements - MD or DO degree.
- Completion of an accredited Urology Residency.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
- Active New York license or ability to obtain.
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
- Strong surgical, clinical, and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and patient-centered care philosophy.
- Experience with robotic surgery preferred but not required.
- Residents and fellows completing training are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits - $400,000-$500,000 base salary.
