Anesthesiology Physician

Partnership option

• 2-year partnership option
• Base salary year 1 and 2 $550,000
• Year 2-$550,000 plus up to 90% of profit sharing eligibility ($630,000+)
• Year 3 full partnership, no buy in, uncapped earning potential
• MSO participation available
• Sign-on: $50,000
• Average of 50-55 hours a week
• Call: Every 5th weekend, every 10th weekday and 5 late shifts per month
• Minimal CRNA supervision
• Will cover cases at (2) hospitals and Ambulatory Surgical Centers
• No non-compete
• 90% of cases are self directed
• No airway coverage required
• PTO-7 weeks plus 1 week of personal time 8 weeks once partnered plus 1 week of personal time

Non partnership track-with 10 weekends of call per year

• Salary $525,000 base salary (50 hours per week)
• $50,000 sign-on
• No non-compete
• Monday-Friday, Daytime only
• 10 weekends of call per year (7am-7pm Saturday-Sunday)
• 80-90% solo cases
• 7 weeks PTO and 1 week of personal time off
• Hospital, ASC or combination
• Full benefits with 401K, Profit sharing, malpractice with tail and more!

No Call-No lates

• Salary $450,000
• Monday-Friday daytime only
• 7am-5pm (50 hours a week)
• 80-90% solo cases
• No non-compete
• Sign-on $40,000
• Hospital, ASC or combination
• Full benefits with 401K, Profit sharing, malpractice with tail, 7 weeks PTO plus 1 week personal and more!

• Hospitals are 30 minutes from each other
