Compensation: - $225,000 - $260,000 based on experience- Sign-on bonus- Relocation assistance available

DETAILS:- Searching for candidates to start in Spring 2026- Assess, plan, document, and evaluate patient needs and treatment- Refers patients, as appropriate, to specialists and other practitioners and facilities- Monday through Friday role with one evening shift per week- Saturday shifts available for additional income- EMR = Epic
