Location: Delaware, OH (on-site)

Compensation: $75,000 $110,000 + 15% bonus

Our client, a thriving $1.5B sustainable film manufacturer, is hiring a Process Engineer to be the go-to blown film extrusion expert for its Delaware, OH plant. You'll report directly to the Plant Manager and have a real hand in how the plant runs, improves, and launches new products.

What you'll do:
Lead root cause investigations on process, quality, and customer issues using 5 Why, fishbone, and A3 problem solving.
Drive continuous improvement on the floor through lean, 5S, and visual management.
Optimize scrap and repro usage and support production scheduling.
Support new product launches by evaluating equipment capability, running trials, and refining processes.

What you'll bring:
8+ years of process engineering or related experience, including hands-on blown film extrusion
Bachelor's degree
