$0.78 - $0.80 cents per mile Stop time: $6-$24 paid in 15-minute increments Breakdown pay: $15 per hour Hazmat pay per load: $25 Safety training pay: $20 per hour New hire training pay: $250 per day Holiday pay: $140 per day - Drivers on this position over the last six to twelve months have average annualized earnings of $92,000
